The License
What exactly do I get with a Sportika Labs license? An AI-powered IT platform (CRM, online booking, automated SMS funnel, HR pipeline, Launch Roadmap), a methodology for ages 3-16 built by directors who worked at Champions League academies, the Bundesliga, the English FA, and national team staffs — with 1,000+ session plans, video-based player assessment with FIFA-style cards, a 2,000+ file knowledge base, hundreds of marketing templates, a dedicated website and landing pages, and a personal Business Tracker who works with you weekly from day one through launch and beyond. Full walkthrough of everything included.
How is Sportika Labs different from other youth soccer programs? Three things no competitor combines:
- A full IT platform built specifically for youth soccer operations — not a generic enrollment portal bolted onto a spreadsheet
- An asset-light model — no building, no long-term lease, no six-figure bet before your first session
- A methodology built by directors who worked at Champions League academies, the Bundesliga, and national team staffs — with 1,000+ structured session plans covering every age group

Getting Started
Do I need soccer experience or a coaching license? No to both. No US law requires a coaching license for private commercial youth soccer programs — more on licensing and compliance. And many Sportika Labs partners have no soccer background at all. They hire coaches from day one and focus on running the business. Partners without coaching experience often scale faster, because they delegate the pitch and spend their time on enrollment, venues, and community relationships. More on how non-coaches succeed.
How quickly can I launch? Partners who follow the Launch Roadmap target first revenue in about 45 days. Your Business Tracker is available to guide you through each step — securing venues, recruiting coaches, setting up marketing, configuring the platform. The timeline depends on your availability and pace, but the system is built for speed. See the launch timeline and what each step involves.
Can I convert my existing soccer program into a Sportika Labs academy? Yes. Your families stay, your reputation stays, your local relationships stay. What changes: you get the IT platform, structured methodology, marketing infrastructure, player assessment system, and ongoing tracker support on top of what you already have. Your territory becomes exclusively yours.
Territory & Location
How does territory exclusivity work? Each partner receives exclusive rights to a territory of up to 200,000 population. No other Sportika Labs partner opens in your area. You can advertise beyond your territory borders and purchase additional territories — existing partners often get discounts on their second and third. Territory changes are possible by agreement with Sportika Labs.
What kind of venues can I use? More types than you’d expect: indoor and outdoor soccer fields, indoor arenas, sports centers, gym halls, fitness studios, school gymnasiums, kindergartens, private schools, community centers, church halls. For preschool groups (ages 3-7), any open space from about 430 square feet works — even a dance studio or a cleared-out multipurpose room. You rent by the hour, no long-term lease.
One thing we recommend: don’t rush to lock down venues before signing. After you sign, you go through onboarding that includes venue selection training, presentation materials for facility owners, and a venue mapping exercise with your Business Tracker. Partners who approach venues with Sportika Labs materials and credentials behind them tend to get better time slots and better terms than those who walk in cold. It works either way — but it works better with the right tools.

Investment & Fees
What’s the total investment to get started? The license fee depends on your territory and timing — it’s discussed on the consultation call. Beyond the license, your operational costs are: hourly venue rental, a startup marketing budget, coaches, a welcome pack for your academy (kids’ uniforms, coach gear, Panini-style sticker journals, stickers, trial session medals, lightweight backpacks, and more — ordered through Sportika Labs at partner pricing, and something you resell to families as an additional revenue stream), and 2-3 months of working capital. No building, no long-term lease, no heavy equipment. This is one of the lightest business models in youth sports. Full cost category breakdown.
How long until I break even? Breakeven timing depends on your market, marketing investment, pricing, and effort — it varies from partner to partner. Revenue starts from the first sessions — families pre-pay for memberships (monthly, seasonal, or annual) — so cash flow begins before you hit full capacity. During your consultation, we walk through scenarios using the financial model template so you can assess realistic timing for your situation.
Are there ongoing fees? A 7% royalty on revenue, with a minimum of $350 per month. That’s it — no brand fund, no technology fee, no hidden charges. The royalty structure means Sportika Labs earns when you earn. The interests are aligned.

Coaches & Staffing
How do I find and hire coaches? You don’t figure this out alone. After signing, hiring training is included: where to post job listings, how to build a candidate pipeline, what to look for in interviews, and how to structure compensation. Your Business Tracker reviews candidates with you and helps you decide who to move forward with. Sportika Labs offers to review candidates and provide feedback before they start — most partners find this valuable for quality assurance.
The platform’s HR pipeline keeps applications organized — no resumes lost in email. The team behind Sportika Labs has conducted 2,000+ coach interviews and trained 900+ coaches. Finding qualified coaches isn’t the bottleneck people expect.
Our recommendation: start with 2-3 coaches, including one senior coach who becomes your right hand on the sports side — managing session quality, training new hires, and running player assessments.
Can I coach sessions myself? Yes. The Methodics Navigator has everything you need — session plans organized by age, venue type, and equipment. In a certain scenario, a solo coach running a full schedule can serve 100-150 children. But we recommend hiring coaches so you can focus on growing the business. More on the solo vs. hiring decision.
Day-to-Day Operations
What does a typical week look like? It depends on whether you coach or manage. But the rhythm is consistent: mornings on the platform (checking leads, booking pipeline, tracker call), afternoons and evenings running or overseeing sessions, weekends with more groups — run by you, your head coach, or an administrator. The platform handles the work that directly drives revenue: lead pipeline, booking, parent communication, and payment tracking. Your job is enrollment, venue relationships, coach management, and community building. See the full “Day in the Life” walkthrough.
What happens in the summer? The primary revenue season runs about 9 months (school year). Summer is not dead — it shifts. Partners run summer camps, move sessions outdoors to parks and fields, and can tap into Sportika Labs’ partnerships with most Champions League clubs to run branded camp formats. Your fixed costs don’t increase in summer because you rent venues by the hour, not by the year. Many partners use the slower months to run marketing campaigns and prepare for the school year launch.

Safety & Legal
What about insurance, legal compliance, and child safety? The barrier is genuinely low — lower than opening a gym, a daycare, or a restaurant. General liability insurance runs about $30 per month. No coaching license is required by law for private commercial programs. Sportika Labs goes beyond legal minimums: background checks for all coaches, free safety training modules during onboarding, and ongoing live webinars with international sports directors. Full legal checklist, insurance providers, and compliance details.
Growth & Scaling
How do I grow beyond my first location? We actually recommend starting with 2-3 venues from the beginning — different neighborhoods, different time slots, broader reach. From there you grow: more age groups, more coaches, more families. Some partners manage 6-7 territories. The platform handles multi-location operations from one dashboard — scheduling, enrollment, lead tracking, coach assignments. You don’t need separate systems for each venue. Full growth path breakdown.
What kind of results do successful partners achieve? The success threshold is about 100 enrolled children — that’s the point where the business runs comfortably. Top-performing partners serve 1,000+ children from a single territory. Additional revenue comes from tournaments, summer camps, registration fees, and branded equipment. Your Business Tracker helps you build a plan to get there — starting from your first 20 families.
Results depend on your market, effort, and execution. These are benchmarks, not projections for your specific situation. We provide a detailed financial model for your city at no cost — so you can run the numbers yourself before making any decisions.
Still Have Questions? Let’s Talk.
This page covers what most prospective partners ask. But your situation is specific — your city, your background, your timeline, your budget. The best way to get answers that actually apply to you is a conversation.
Each partner receives exclusive territory rights. Once a territory is claimed, it is no longer available.
